I'm big on having a work/life balance or what I call a work/pleasure balance. But believe me when I say it wasn't always that way.
Balance was an insult to me.
How could I have balance when I'm managing a household, a family, homeschooling, and a business?
Until I had to find out the hard way🥴. I can actually laugh about it now but I learned my lesson.
Working in extremes… it works for a while until it doesn't anymore. Until burnout and exhaustion set in.
BUT
Believe it or not, this is so common for women who seek my help.
And maybe because it comes along so often I'm supposed to maybe help somehow. Maybe even if it's to bring attention to this piece of life.

Ok, I'm off my pulpit now… Back to my regularly scheduled email…
But seriously though, when you're out of balance in life it creates an imbalance in the body and that leads to illness.
imbalanced life→imbalanced minerals→imbalanced emotions= ILLNESS

Today we'll start small… let's just notice the small gaps or spaces in time that we have that we are not doing anything.
-Try your hardest not to fill those times.
-Try not to pick up your phone.
-Try not to think of the dirty dishes in the sink.
-Try not to listen to music.
Just BE… INSTEAD OF DO.
After this, just check with yourself to see how that felt for you.
Make a note of that. Did it make you feel relaxed or did it make you feel uncomfortable?
